Alphamega Hypermarkets’ IT Department has received a significant distinction as it has been certified with the international standard ISO/ IEC 20000 for IT Service Management. By securing this certification, Alphamega Hypermarkets has become one of the first retail companies in Cyprus to be distinguished for meeting internationally recognised standards for the constant provision of high-quality IT services.
ISO/IEC 20000 establishes a comprehensive and rigorous framework of best practices that ensure the alignment of an organisation’s IT services with its business needs and end-user expectations. The certification serves as further proof of Alphamega Hypermarkets’ integrated strategy in the field of digital transformation and the use of technology to create value-added services with immediate impact.
Through this certification, the IT Department of Alphamega Hypermarkets shows that it:
