Hellenic Bank boosts first-time buyers with reduced rates

Energy-efficient homes get special rates in Hellenic Bank's new mortgage plan

Newsroom

Hellenic Bank has introduced a new scheme offering reduced interest rates for first-time homebuyers. The "First-time Homeowners" plan provides substantial support to individuals purchasing their first home, according to a bank announcement.

The new scheme is part of Hellenic's "My Home" ecosystem, which offers a reduced interest rate for the first three to five years of the mortgage, making homeownership more affordable.

“We remain committed to supporting our customers by enhancing the benefits of our ‘My Home’ ecosystem, an innovative rewards program that provides real monetary returns to clients choosing Hellenic Bank home loans,” the bank stated. The plan includes a cash reward of up to €2,000 for home furnishings and equipment from partnering merchants, transforming the home-buying experience by offering money instead of points.

The new program features a fixed introductory interest rate for the initial three or five years. Customers can also receive cash rewards to be used at selected retailers for furnishing their new homes. Additionally, the plan offers better pricing for energy-efficient homes, helping buyers save both energy and money.

Hellenic Bank is also offering a credit card with no additional paperwork and no annual fee for the first year, along with the "Mple" card rewards program, which provides cash back.
