Join us for the exciting launch of "It’s Cool to be Green", a new children's book written and illustrated by Elena Christofides. This inspiring story follows Sofia, a young girl passionate about protecting the environment. After organizing a beach cleanup with her classmates, Sofia’s efforts spark a global movement among children who are inspired to care for the planet.

The event will open with remarks, followed by a special book reading by Maria Pashiardes at 15:15, accompanied by music from Agni Sacca. Afterward, children can engage in creative activities inspired by the story, and artwork from the book will be available for purchase.
About the Author:
Elena Christofides, a Cypriot artist, designer, animal activist, and art and yoga teacher, is passionate about the environment. After the success of her first book, "It’s Cool to be Kind", she created "It’s Cool to be Green" to inspire children to make positive changes to protect the earth.
