A domestic dispute in Paphos ended in murder Friday morning, police said.
A Bulgarian woman was taken to the hospital with serious injuries from a knife and possibly a fall after a heated argument with her partner, also a foreign national. The fight occurred around 10:30 a.m. at an apartment complex in Tremithousa.
The alleged perpetrator was also injured and is currently in custody. Members of the Paphos Criminal Investigation Department are investigating the scene.
