It’s the calm before the storm, folks! Today, we’ll enjoy mostly sunny skies, with only a few clouds sneaking around in the afternoon to remind us that change is coming. Temperatures will hit a pleasant 25°C inland, a balmy 26°C along the coast, and a crisp 17°C in the mountains. Light breezes at 3 Beaufort and mostly calm seas make it a perfect day to bask in the sun.
But don’t get too comfortable! Tonight, it’s still mostly clear, though a few sneaky low clouds might roll in, and some areas may even wake up to a hint of morning fog. Temperatures will dip to a brisk 13°C inland, 15°C by the coast, and a chilly 7°C up in the higher mountains.
Friday, we start to see the clouds multiplying, especially over the mountains, with some isolated showers expected after lunch. Saturday is where things get exciting, with scattered showers and a possible thunderstorm or two by the afternoon. And by Sunday, it’s officially a rain party: expect widespread clouds, local showers, and even more thunderstorms to keep things interesting. Temperatures will start to dip back to typical November levels.
So, enjoy today’s sunshine – the weekend’s bringing enough rain to make you feel like you’re in the middle of a weather drama!
