Dr. Christopher Murray, Director of the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington, is waiting for the light at the end of the tunnel concerning the "Omicron" cases in Greece.
In an interview with Kathimerini, he emphasized that we should not solely emphasize the number of cases but focus on hospital admissions, specifically to patients admitted into the ICU.
The "guru" of predictions points out that the peak of the wave will come in mid-January, while the end of the pandemic in March when the "Omicron" will have completely receded.
