A retired business owner is facing indecent assault charges from multiple women, including two individuals who say they were in primary school when the sexual offences took place.
According to Philenews, a former bakery owner appeared before a criminal court this week to be arraigned following multiple accusations from women who filed complaints with the police.
The cases involve accusations including lewd acts against two women who were young pupils at the time in the 1990's
The five cases involved sexual offence accusations against the suspect, including lewd acts against two women who were young girls in elementary school at the time in 1993 and 1998 respectively.
Three of the cases involved accusations of indecent assault against women with crimes of a sexual nature allegedly taking place in 2018, in the months of October, November, and December respectively.
The defendant reportedly denied knowing the two women who filed their complaints after they became adults, citing the cases had to do with alleged offences many years ago.
The defendant made bail under specific terms and conditions until this case goes to trial.
