KEDIPES introduces plan to help borrowers repay home loans

KEDIPES offers full debt settlement for non-performing home loans

Newsroom

The Cyprus Asset Management Company (KEDIPES) has unveiled a new initiative aimed at assisting borrowers in repaying their home loans.

Under the plan, borrowers with non-performing loans secured by their primary residences, valued at up to €350,000, will have the opportunity to settle their debts in full.

KEDIPES, in collaboration with its portfolio management firm, doValue Cyprus, will offer eligible borrowers substantial discounts on the market value of their mortgaged properties, making repayment more accessible.

Officials from doValue Cyprus will reach out to eligible borrowers in the coming days to provide detailed information about the plan and discuss individual settlement proposals.

The process is expected to be simple, with immediate approval granted to borrowers who meet the criteria outlined in the scheme.

This initiative underscores KEDIPES' commitment to finding mutually beneficial solutions for borrowers, and they urge all eligible individuals to seize this opportunity to resolve their loan obligations promptly.
