The agreement, known as PPA, was formally signed on December 14, 2023, at the General Headquarters of the National Guard General Staff.

The PPA outlines a comprehensive framework of bilateral and multilateral initiatives, highlighting joint exercises, training programs, and the exchange of expertise on specialized matters.

It signifies a proactive approach to addressing modern challenges and threats, acknowledging their common and cross-border nature. The commitment extends to elevating broader international cooperation with friendly nations to enhance global security.
