No relief from high temperatures this week

Temperatures soar to 39°C inland, cooler along coasts

Today’s weather will be mostly clear, with occasional local cloud cover bringing isolated showers to the mountains.

Winds will start from the northwest to northeast, shifting to southwest to northwest later in the day, maintaining a light to moderate strength of 3 to 4 Beaufort. Seas will be slightly rough.

Temperatures will reach 39°C in the interior, 33°C on the west coast, around 35°C on the rest of the coast, and 31°C in the higher mountains.

Tonight, skies will remain mostly clear. Winds will gradually become light and variable, with the sea remaining slightly rough.

Overnight temperatures will drop to 25°C inland, along the southern, eastern, and northern coasts, 24°C on the west coast, and 21°C in the higher mountains.

Looking ahead, Tuesday will see similar conditions, with mainly clear skies and occasional cloud patches that could bring isolated showers in the highlands. The weather will remain mostly clear on Wednesday and Thursday. Temperatures during this period will stay above average, with no significant changes expected.
