In the municipal elections of Paphos, Phaedonas Phedonos clinched victory with 60.3% of the vote, securing his reelection as Mayor, while Angelos Onisiforou emerged as Deputy Mayor by a narrow margin, winning with just four votes over his closest contender, Dr. Kostas Mavromatis. In other municipalities across the region, various candidates emerged victorious, including Nikos Palios in East Paphos, Andreas Sikkis in Geroskipou, Marinos Lambrou in Akamas, and Yiotis Papachristofi in Polis Chrysochous.
In the Municipality of East Paphos, Nikos Palios was elected Mayor with 42.93% of the vote, receiving 2,580 votes.
Meanwhile, in the Geroskipou Municipality, Andreas Sikkis of the AKEL-EDEK coalition secured the position of Deputy Mayor with 34.9% of the vote and 1,339 votes.
In the municipality of Akamas, Marinos Lambrou emerged victorious as Mayor with a commanding 74.1% of the vote and 2,417 votes. Andreas Christodoulou secured the vice-mayoralty in the municipality of Peyia of Akamas with 38.5% and 708 votes. Additionally, in various other municipalities, candidates like George Polycarpou, Theodosiou Nikolas, Giagos Tsivikos, Charalambos Phylaktou, Eleni Andreou, Koupparis Sotiris, and Charalambos Dervis emerged victorious.
In the Municipality of Polos Chrysochous, Yiotis Papachristofi was re-elected as Mayor with 52.3% of the votes and 2,248 votes. Other successful candidates in the region included George Georgiou-Zorbas, Spyros Pelopidas, Evangellou Patroclus, Hassan Eskul, Marios Nicola, Neophytou George, Kyriakos Simou, Andreas Dionysiou, Aristos Markitsis, and Andreas Kouniaidis.
