The scale of the devastation in Kyiv is heartwrenching. Images captured by a drone show the immense destruction after buildings in residential areas were bombed overnight.

One person was killed and four others were injured when a rocket-propelled grenade fell on a residential building in northern Kyiv this morning, the emergency services said.
The agency said in a statement that 12 people were rescued and 98 were removed from the five-story building.
An eyewitness had earlier told Reuters that an explosion was heard in northern Kyiv this morning followed by smoke billowing into the sky.
