The members of the police force managed to handcuff the 40-year-old where he after being charged, was discharged to be summoned before a court later.
He is reportedly being investigated for 14 offences including resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer.
It is noted that as a result of the attack on the police officer, he was injured in the chest and various parts of his body and was taken to the hospital while receiving medical treatment.
