About 50 people, who looked to be immigrants, forced their way into the Social Welfare Services office in Nicosia this morning.
According to the police, the incident happened around 11:30 am when a number of people pushed aside a security guard at the entrance of the building and forced their way in.
No injuries were reported and no damage was done.
So far, no arrests have been made.
