Ambassador Stavros Avgoustides has assumed his duties as the new Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus in Athens, replacing Dr. Kyriakos Kenevezos.
In particular, Avgoustides wrote on Monday on his account on the platform 'X' that he assumes his duties as Head of the Diplomatic Mission of the Republic of Cyprus in Athens, "with a high sense of responsibility", stressing that the primary goal is to further strengthen and upgrade the quality of the fraternal relations between Greece and Cyprus.
