Positive in a preliminary drug test, a mobile camera driver was detected yesterday, Tuesday (01/08), in Limassol.
According to information from the police, after a citizen reported that a mobile camera vehicle was illegally parked at a bus stop, police officers arrived at the scene. However, they did not confirm the citizen's report as the vehicle was properly parked.
Later, suspicions arose among the police officers that the driver of the mobile camera vehicle was under the influence of drugs. Subsequently, the driver was subjected to a preliminary drug test, which turned out positive.
Samples were then taken from the camera operator for further examination.
