A northeastern air current is expected to affect the area over Cyprus, with some strong winds and periods of sunshine mixed with cloudy skies.
Officials said Monday skies will be sunny with frequent periods of increasing clouds, while strong winds would develop in the northeast during the early parts of the day.
Maximum highs are expected to reach 21° degrees Celsius inland as well as along the coast, while it will be 9 up in the mountains.
Temperatures over the next few days are not expected to change noticeably while Thursday skies will be mostly clear with a slight drop
Evening weather will be mostly clear while high clouds are also expected, with minimum lows registering at 7 degrees in the interior, around 11 in the coastal regions, while it will be 3 up in the mountains where frost is expected to form locally.
Tuesday skies will be mostly clear with scattered clouds around noon and in the afternoon.
Wednesday weather will remain mostly clear while scattered cloud covers could be associated with on and off chances of rain over local areas.
Temperatures over the next few days are not expected to change noticeably while Thursday skies are expected to be mostly clear with a slight drop just below normal averages for this time of the year.
