ExxonMobil and Cyprus officials are expected to announce on Thursday information regarding the preliminary results of two exploratory drillings conducted by Stena IceMax in Cyprus Block 10.
According to sources executives of the company from the US are expected on the island to make an announcement together with Cyprus Energy Minister Lakkotrypis.
The announcement reportedly will include information on the Delphini and Glaukos prospects as well as the next steps of the company in the Cyprus EEZ.
It remains uncertain however as to whether officials will report details on the quantity of the hydrocarbon reserves.
