Mobile camera operator reported for parking in handicap zone

Police identify offender after photos surface, filing complaint and facing possible fine

Police have identified and reported a mobile camera operator who parked in a disabled parking space.

According to the authorities, the operator was located after the photos of the incident surfaced, and they subsequently filed a complaint.

When asked about the fine for such offenses, the police stated that the commission of the offense carries a punishment of 300 euros.

Mr. Dimitris Lambrianides, President of the Cyprus Paraplegics Organization, expressed his frustration in a post, stating, "This photo was sent to me today. If anyone knows the person who took it, ask him to go to the nearest police station and make a complaint!"
