Rising temperatures, isolated rains

Dust increasing from Friday, peaking Saturday

Newsroom

Today, we’re in for a blend of sunshine and clouds. During the midday and afternoon hours, we might see some isolated rain showers and thunderstorms, especially in the mountains, inland regions, and eastern areas. A little rain can refresh the day and bring out the lush greenery we love.

Winds will start variable but will shift to a southwest to northwest direction, becoming weak to moderate at 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be a bit lively, perfect for those who enjoy the dynamic beauty of our coastlines. Temperatures will rise to a pleasant 27 degrees Celsius in the interior and north coasts, 26 degrees in the southeast and east coasts, 25 degrees along the other coasts, and a refreshing 16 degrees in the higher mountains.

Tonight, expect mostly clear skies, with some early morning fog and low clouds adding a touch of mystery to the dawn. Winds will turn northwest to northeast, staying light at around 3 Beaufort, and the sea will calm down. Overnight temperatures will dip to a cozy 14 degrees inland, 15 degrees on the coast, and a crisp 10 degrees in the mountains.

Looking ahead, Thursday promises mostly clear skies, perfect for outdoor activities. As we head into Friday and Saturday, we’ll enjoy more clear skies with some high clouds adding to the picturesque sunsets. From Friday, we’ll see a bit of sparse dust in the atmosphere, increasing by Saturday, but nothing we can’t handle.

Temperatures are set to rise significantly over the next three days, giving us a taste of early summer warmth, well above the average for this time of year. So, soak up the sunshine, enjoy the beautiful weather, and make the most of the delightful days ahead.
