Japanese Embassy chef shows you how to cook authentic Japanese dishes, KNEWS

In an effort to promote Japanese cuisine, the Japanese Embassy in Cyprus will be posting short cooking clips every Wednesday on the Embassy's Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCap6qYtUKHoPFbrwezvlLPw.

The clips will show Daisuke Kobayashi, chef at the Japanese Embassy, creating authentic Japanese dishes.

A total of 5 videos will be posted for now and includes instructions on cooking Karaage (chicken), Tonkatsu (pork chop), Onigiri (Rice Balls), Temari Sushi and Ohagi (traditional rice cake).
