Back to warm weather, no more rain

Relatively calm seas and nearly cloudless forecast for the next few days

Newsroom

The recent mixed weather appears to be over, with a forecast for the next few days being mostly clear, relatively calm seas, and temperatures reaching mid-30’s.

Wednesday weather will be mostly clear with some clouds forming mainly around the mountains.

The sea is expected to be relatively calm but with choppy waters later in the day.

Maximum temperatures expected to reach 35° Celsius inland, 29° out west, 31° in all other coastal regions, and 25° up in the highest elevations on the mountains.

The evening will remain mostly clear with calm seas developing to relatively calm waters later on.

Low temperatures are expected to drop to 19° Celsius inland, around 20° all around the coast, and 14° up in the mountains.

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will be mostly clear with afternoon cloud formations mainly around the mountains.

Temperatures will be on the rise through Saturday.

Warm weather comes just days following stormy conditions. In May and early June, Cyprus was hit with unprecedented mixed weather, including cooler temperatures, daily thunderstorms and even hail as recent as early June.
