Following a tip-off from EUROPOL, the Cybercrime Branch acted swiftly, leading to the arrest of a 27-year-old individual for the alleged upload of eight files of child pornography on the internet.
The arrest, carried out yesterday under a court warrant, involved a thorough search of the suspect's residence in Paphos. During the operation, law enforcement confiscated a mobile phone, a laptop computer, and two USB drives, all deemed potential evidence in the ongoing investigation.
