Special polling booths have been secured for the convenience of voters in wheelchairs, the Chief Returning Officer announced on Tuesday in a written statement.
He also notes that they would obtain information from the Cyprus Paraplegics Organisation (O.PA.K.), about its members in order to provide them with facilities at the polling centers where they will go to vote.
People using a wheelchair but are not members of O.PA.K. are invited to send the Ministry of Interior, by email at electoralroll@moi.gov.cy or fax at 22 678 486 the following: Subject: "Facilities for Voter in Wheelchair", Name and ID number.
