Windcraft Music Fest celebrates its tenth anniversary and returns dynamically on July 13th and 14th in Katydata Solea, focusing on wind instruments. The festival's main stage, Perivoli, along with two other enchanting village locations, will host bands and artists showcasing their musical talents.

The Windcraft Music Fest 10 lineup features a diverse concert program highlighting wind instruments across various genres: captivating jazz, contemporary music enriched with folk traditions, acoustic and electronic blends, dynamic Balkan and techno brass bands, electrifying funky beats, atmospheric sunset ragas, cross-thematic performances, an improvised Saxophone Quartet, and more.

At The Orchard, this year's main stage, audiences can enjoy Andreas Polyzogopoulos's trio, Odysseas Toumazos's "Origins" project with Haris Lambrakis on Ney, and the fusion of Cretan and rock music by Ideon Project featuring Irish bagpiper Loïc Bléjean. Expect dynamic performances from Captain Stambolov and Mefisto Brass, and a mix of acoustic instruments and electronic beats by Norlyz.

The festival also showcases promising young local talents in the Copper Alloy Band, blending Eastern and Western musical influences. The Chunky Funky Quartet collaborates with saxophonist Jan Kus for an electrifying funky experience. Various village locations will host additional performances: Windcraft Band & Voices with original covers of traditional music, Bruno Tomasello & Marina Katsari's "The Company of Aeolus," Indian classical ragas at sunset by Markus Schmidt and Ravi Saundankar, the Kardjin Sax Quartet featuring musicians from various bands, and cross-disciplinary performances like HA KO by Selas Dance Company.

The festival's parallel program invites visitors of all ages to engage in music and art creation, including workshops on makams, Indian classical music, traditional Cypriot songs, spoken word, flute playing, creative movement, pottery, and yoga. Two permanent installations at Stavrinos Inn offer a literary corner featuring works by Cypriot writers and a thematic exhibition "Sounds of Memory" with narratives from village residents.
