Former President hosts dinner for US Senate's Menendez

Event in honor of Foreign Affairs Chairman held in Limassol residence

In an exclusive gathering, former President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nicos Anastasiades, opened his Limassol residence for an official dinner, welcoming the Chairman of the US Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, Robert Menendez. President Christodoulides also attended the event, which unfolded at 21:00 local time on Thursday evening.

Menendez, currently in Cyprus for the World Congress of Cypriots in Diaspora, arrived at the Anastasiades residence alongside his wife at 20:50. Distinguished figures, including Speaker of the House of Representatives Anita Demetriou, Attorney General George Savides, Archbishop George, and former Archbishop Demetrios Demetrios of America, followed suit.

Joining the esteemed gathering, President Nikos Christodoulides and his spouse arrived at 21:10. Noteworthy members of the Diaspora were present to partake in the dinner.
