In a significant development, the first aid vessel en route to the Gaza Strip through a recently established maritime corridor has been spotted off the coast of the conflict-stricken territory, according to an AFP journalist's report.

The journalist has observed the presence of the Open Arms, a vessel operated by a Spanish charity, which purportedly carries 200 tonnes of food intended for Gazans facing the looming threat of famine following over five months of intense conflict.
