The Minister of Energy, Commerce and Industry Yiorgos Lakkotrypis travels Tuesday to Houston, Texas to take part in the International Energy Conference CERAWeek 2019.
According to an official statement, Lakkotrypis will take part in tomorrow`s debate “Εastern Mediterranean Gas Renaissance”, together with the Energy Ministers of Greece, Egypt and Israel, Giorgos Stathakis , Tarek El Molla and Yuval Steinitz.
Additionally, at the invitation of the US Energy Minister, Rick Perry , Lakkotrypis will represent Cyprus in the 1st Ministerial and Investment Forum of the Partnership for Transatlantic Energy Cooperation, to be held on Thursday and discuss issues such as energy security, regional challenges and new infrastructure projects.
